After years of pain in prision, mister Manette is finally out to live a peaceful live with his daughter. However, this will only last until the secret of his son-in-law's identity is spilled. It's difficult to escape from the past specially during The French Revolution.
Valoration: I didn't really like it. I was expecting something different so it came as a dissapointment to me. I mean, it wasn't that bad if you like historical books since actually, the plot was interesting and original. I also really enjoyed the romantic relationships and it helped me with my history project about the French revolution.😉 However, I guess it's not really my kind of books. Also, I thought the book was ending differently but it actually surprised me (kinda for the worse). I gave it a try since my favourite book (Clockwork Princess) is quite inspired in this book, however, I wouldn't really recommend it.😅
